Today at 2pm Eastern standard time Sandi became a US citzen! My only regret is that I wasn't there to see it:( He went for his interview today, passed, and so they swore him in just a few hours later. It is good because when he joined the army he lost his Indonesian citzenship so he has been a man without a country.

That's such great news! I'm so happy for you guys! I didn't know he'd lost his citizenship in Indonesia. It makes sense though. What an added relief. Congrats!
